Hi! My name is Rodey Birch. I am the library liaison for the Physical Therapy program. I can assist with a number of your research related questions: locating resources, formatting your search to get the right results, and knowing what sources are available. I look forward to working with you! My contact information is in the profile box located at the far right of this guide.
Need research help? Whether you're a student enrolled in a fully online program or course, or a more traditional student who prefers to work from the comfort of your home or dorm room, librarians are glad to help.
Send an email to email@example.com to schedule a time to meet online with me in Zoom.
A major benefit of using the Zoom webinar system is the screen sharing feature that allows us to provide a live demonstration of the library databases and share links to the results. The ability to ask questions in order to better understand your research need is another benefit.
Welcome to your PDPT 529: Evidence-Based Practice & Clinical Decision-Making course guide!
As the librarian liaison for the Physical Therapy Program I am glad to assist with your research, whether it's determining appropriate sources to consult, help with focusing your topic, database searches, assisting with tracking down those "hard to find" references and resources, and/or overall research strategy.
You may find additional resources not listed in the course guide by going to the Physical Therapy Subject Guide.
Rodney Birch is available by appointment for research consultation. Email him to set up either a face-to-face meeting or online meeting through Zoom.
