When to Search Outside the Library

Governments and most businesses and non-profit organizations have official online presences. Use these websites or social media presences to find authoritative information about them. But be careful, not every organization that you find on the Internet is as credible as the next. Make sure you know what exactly you are citing.

Ex:

American Academy of Pediatrics (Wikipedia)

vs

American College of Pediatricians (Wikipedia)
