How to add captions to your YouTube videos

• Log into your George Fox youtube.com account
• Go to YouTube Studio
• Select Subtitles 
• You may be prompted to select a language from a dropdown list. Select the language being used by the narrator or main subject in the video (i.e., select actual language being used in the video; this is not a translator).
• Click on the video you wish to caption.
• Select Duplicate and Edit to enable the ability to type and revise the displayed text. You can play the video as you review the text. 
• When your editing is complete, click on Publish. 
• When you play the video, click on Subtitles/Closed Captions to display your captions.
