Increasing the Percentage of Participants Who Connect to Their Pre-Assigned Breakout Room

• When joining a meeting participants should use
  • Zoom Desktop Client
    or
  • Mobile App, version 4.5.0 or higher

• When joining a meeting with pre-assignments, participants need to be signed in to their Zoom account for pre-assignments to be applied.
• Participants will not be pre-assigned if they join from the web client.

Participants who use the Zoom web-based client or Chrome operating system (e.g., Chromebooks) will not connect to their pre-assigned breakout room, even though they signed in using their George Fox Zoom credentials. See Zoom's Desktop, Mobile and Web-based comparison chart.
