Canvas Getting Started: Exporting the Gradebook

You will want to keep an archive of your gradebooks that includes all courses taught for the last five years.

How to Export the Gradebook 

1. Enter the course site.
2. In the course navigation select Grades.
3. Click on the Actions menu and select Export.
4. Save the file to your computer.

If you taught courses in FoxTALE from 2017 to 2021, go to the FoxTALE Archives to download your gradebooks.
