Before you begin troubleshooting, please check your Notification settings to confirm that you have enabled Announcements Created by You.
The guide, Adjusting Notification Settings, demonstrates how to do this.
This notification setting enables you to receive announcement postings to your @georgefox.edu email. After you perform a troubleshooting task below, and submit a post in the course Announcements, you will move to your @georgefox.edu email account to watch for the arrival of the notification email.
Publish the Course before you begin posting in Announcements.
Click on +Announcement to begin each announcement posting
Do not click on Reply. Even though faculty receive all replies made in Announcements, students never receive Reply postings.
