Troubleshooting Browser Issues
If you have difficulty signing in, we recommend you try these tips:
- Move to a different browser. Canvas Support recommends the Chrome browser. Firefox, Edge, and Safari are also supported but will experience more issues.
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date.
- Open an Incognito window (Chrome) or New Private Window (Firefox) and log into Canvas. Working in an incognito/private window should eliminate browsing data being used in the background while you attempt to sign in.
- Clear the cache in your browser on a Mac or on a PC.
